Bella Building Group has a rigorous bidding process for every part of new home construction and we can include your business on any requests for proposals if you so request it.
Bella Building Group requires all of our sub contractors to be covered by liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance. We are a safe workplace and we expect our vendors to follow OSHA standards as well as county requirements and permitting restrictions. Bella Building Group furnishes all vendors with 1099 tax forms for their record purposes.
Some of the subcontractors that we hire include concrete finishers for slab, footer and lintel work, masons to complete the stemwall, framing contractors, electricians, plumbers, low voltage prewire experts, drywall installers, carpenters, painters, stucco – soffit – fascia installers, precast specialists, window and door suppliers, lumber suppliers, cabinetry and shelving suppliers and installers, roofers, and other trade professionals who work on residential homes.
